We(SWS) are specialized in cementing tools and casing accessories, engaging in the development, manufacturing, sales and service. Advanced downhole tool manufacturing technology is used to provide products that exceed industry quality standards to meet the challenging cementing tools' needs of oilfields around the world.

To meet these demands, we have established a manufacturing facility of 78000sq ft. This facility has modern CNC machining, fabrication and processing equipment, testing and inspection facilities, together with raw material and production storage.

Our main products are: float collar and shoes, stage collars, liner hangers, Packer, cement plugs, cement heads, centralizers, casing and tubing, pup joints, coupling, etc.

We get the certificate of API Q1, 7-1 and 5CT.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

In deviated and horizontal wells, the placement and functionality of float collars become even more critical. The challenges of cementing in such wells, including fluid displacement and gravity effects, require reliable float collars to prevent backflow and ensure proper cement placement. Specialized designs may be used to address the unique conditions of these wells, such as enhanced flapper valves or additional sealing mechanisms. The use of float collars in these applications helps achieve effective zonal isolation and well integrity.
