To meet these demands, we have established a manufacturing facility of 78000sq ft. This facility has modern CNC machining, fabrication and processing equipment, testing and inspection facilities, together with raw material and production storage.

Our main products are: float collar and shoes, stage collars, liner hangers, Packer, cement plugs, cement heads, centralizers, casing and tubing, pup joints, coupling, etc.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The check valve mechanism is the heart of both float collars and float shoes. Typically, a flapper valve is used, which opens to allow downward fluid flow and closes to prevent backflow. This mechanism is vital during cementing, as it ensures that the cement slurry remains in the annulus and does not re-enter the casing. The reliability of the check valve directly impacts the success of the cement job, making it a critical component in well construction. Advanced designs may include multiple flapper valves or other types of check valves to enhance performance and redundancy.
