We(SWS) are specialized in cementing tools and casing accessories, engaging in the development, manufacturing, sales and service. Advanced downhole tool manufacturing technology is used to provide products that exceed industry quality standards to meet the challenging cementing tools' needs of oilfields around the world.

To meet these demands, we have established a manufacturing facility of 78000sq ft. This facility has modern CNC machining, fabrication and processing equipment, testing and inspection facilities, together with raw material and production storage.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Float collars and float shoes are essential components in oil well cementing operations, designed to ensure the integrity and efficiency of the cementing process. The float collar is typically installed one or two joints above the casing shoe, while the float shoe is positioned at the very bottom of the casing string. Both devices incorporate check valve mechanisms, such as flapper valves, to allow downward fluid flow while preventing backflow. This functionality is critical during cementing, as it ensures that the cement slurry is properly placed in the annulus between the casing and the wellbore, providing zonal isolation and structural support. The primary difference lies in their placement and additional features, with the float shoe often including a guiding nose to aid casing insertion.
